Adults and scouts transferring from other units use this workflow to apply for membership to troop 572 or 8572. 

The adult committee and scoutmasters for 8/572 should multi-register with both troops so that two-deep and committee support for both troops. Cross-registered adults can serve on board of reviews for both Troops and provide coverage at linked-unit outings. 

To transfer to the troop and to multi-register with both 8572 and 572, complete the following steps:

1. Go to scouting.org
2. Login to the site
3. Go to "My Applications" from the home screen
   
4. At the top of the page, choose "Transfer/Multiple Applications"
   
5. Click on Multiple or Transfer, depending on your situation
   
6. Click on Unit Type and select Troop then in Troop type 8572 and/or 572
7. Click on Search
8. Click on Select
   
9. Fill out background questions
10. Click on Submit
11. Wait until our Chartered Org Rep approves your application
